What are the delivery costs?

We ship all orders within Switzerland free of charge.

Outside of Switzerland orders above 250 EUR are free of charge. Orders below we charge a standard delivery fee of 28 EUR.

Please notice there are different prices in regards to countries inside or outside the EU. For Switzerland and EU countries all the listed prices for goods include delivery costs, taxes and value-added taxes. Delivered DAP (delivery at place). Rest of the countries all prices are listed without value-added taxes but include delivery cost for orders above 250 EUR. However, all other costs i.e. customs, duty, local tax and other handling costs are not included and are to be paid by the receiver. Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU).

What are the delivery times?

The delivery time depends on the carrier. Depending on whether the chosen products are in stock or need to be produced on-demand, the delivery times might vary. Products in stock will be with you within a few days and, in exceptional cases, within two weeks. The shipping times depend on the respective pieces and their production time.

We manufacture our products for you by hand. This is an intricate process and may result in shipping times of up to six to eight weeks for special pieces.

If an order contains multiple items, we will ship the order when all items are ready for delivery.

What shipping courier do you use?

We ship our products with FedEx, UPS and DHL. Because we ship to different countries, the shipping couriers vary by region and are subject to change from time to time. If you have any questions, please connect with us via our contact page.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a notification from us by email when your package has been handed over to our shipping service provider. This email contains a tracking link, which you can use to check the status of the shipment.


What is the return policy?

We really hope you and you beloved dog loves our products as much as we do, but if you’re not 100% satisfied then we will be more than happy to offer a refund. To be eligible, the product must be in the original condition with tags still on and in the original packaging. You will have 30 days from the time of purchase. Please notify us by email within 14 days of receiving your item. Please package the item safely and return it in its original presentation packaging. If the item is damaged on arrival, we shall be unable to refund you, only products returned in perfect condition with its packaging will be refunded. Items may be returned for an exchange or credit note. All return delivery costs are non-refundable.

How and when will I be refunded, once I returned my order?

Once we have received your return, we will send you a confirmation by e-mail. The return will be checked afterwards. If the returned products are in perfect condition and the security seals are undamaged, the order amount will be refunded to you using the method of payment you used while placing the order. The refund should then be back on your account within 5-7 days.
