Warranty

Our fine, handmade MAYADORO products are subject to a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase to cover any manufacturing errors.
We will replace or repair the product free of charge during this period, excluding normal wear and tear.
Never leave your dog unattended when wearing a precious piece of MAYADORO.

All products covered by our warranty can be returned free of charge if returning from within Switzerland.
For warranty returns from outside Switzerland, please note that MAYADORO does not cover the cost of warranty returns outside of Switzerland.

Unfortunately, our warranty does not cover the loss or theft of any pieces. We would advise you to contact your home, contents or travel insurance company to make a claim with them directly.
