While our collars and harnesses are designed to be durable and the fastening of the charms are made of stainless steel, common sense dictates that fine jewellery collars and harnesses are not intended to be used in unsuitable situations. If you dog scratches at its collar or plays roughly with other dogs or engages in unsuitable activities we encourage you to remove their collar to prevent damage to the leather or losing the charms. For you own safety we recommend regular inspection of the jewellery charms and to retighten the chams with the screwdriver.

Yes, all diamonds used by MAYADORO are classified as VS/G and in the near top-grade classified as “very good”. We guarantee conflict free diamonds purchased from official retailers in agreement with the Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC).

Our fine, handmade MAYADORO products are subject to a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase to cover any manufacturing errors.

We will replace or repair the product free of charge during this period, excluding normal wear and tear.

For warranty returns from outside Switzerland, please note that MAYADORO does not cover the cost of warranty returns outside of Switzerland.
